Verdict on Revanth Reddy’s bail petition posponed to June 30

The Hyderabad High Court posted the verdict of bail petition of TDP MLA A. Revanth Reddy, who is lodged in prison for last three weeks in connection with the cash-for-vote case, till tuesday.

The court posted the matter to 2.15 pm earlier as the Telangana Advocate General was not available. When the matter came up for consideration in the High Court on Wednesday, Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy sought time for filing additional counter. The court granted two days of time.

New turns and twist in Cash-for-vote scandal . On one side the Anti Corruption Bureau is busy in investigation and on another side the hearing on TDP MLA Revanth Reddy’s bail petition will be held today . The Election Commission of India has filed a reminder memo in the court for seeking the Forensic report . While the court has put off hearing on Stephenson’s petition, which said Mathaiah’s quash petition should be transferred to another bench .
