TeluguabroadOne of the richest MLA in Telangana, TRS MLA from Khammam Puvvada Ajay Kumar has come first to fulfill CM KCR’s big wish to give 3 acres of land to all poor Dalits in Telangana.
The MLA stated the donation of 66 acres of land to the government for distribution under the ‘Dalitulaku Bhupampini’ (Distribution of Land to Dalits) scheme. Ajay Kumar told Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao about this in the Assembly while a discussion on the SC/ST sub-plan fund bill.
Appreciating the movement made by Ajay Kumar, KCR appealed to all the members to convince all those who have land but are not able to cultivate it in their respective constituencies to give it to Dalits. The Chief Minister said he had personally convinced a person who was lived in the US to give his piece of land in Medak district and asked the MLAs to appeal to the people settled abroad to follow the example.
Ajay has won from Congress in 2014 election but joined TRS interested by modern policies taken up by KCR government. The MLA owned medical college in the name of Mamata Educational Society.
