As known Anushka plyas the title of the Queen Rudramadevi. The film starts with the voice over of Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Performances :
The Role of Rudramadevi is a tailormade role for Anushka, she performs well in the role of the warrior
Queen. Allu Arjun as expected steals the show as Gona Gannareddi with his special role and makes it memorable. His body language and comedy timing is being appreciated by the audience. Rana after Baahubali carries his royal persona and baritone voice lives the role Chalukya Veerabadhra. Nitya Menen has very limited scope but performs well. But rest of the cast jusgt walks thru the film as too many characters to keep track on,
Plus points :
Ilayaraja music scored good
Anushka’s Performance is excellent
Allurjun’s energy lends a special attraction to the movie
RAna’s royal Persona
Brilliant Camera work by Ajay Vincent
Good Art work
Negative Points:
Pace of the film is very slow in the second half
Needs a crispier editing gets boring in manier parts
Visual effects not as expected
Too many actors and characters and no real build up to understand the characters.
Final Word : Great Performances… but history in a Jiffy!
