TeluguabroadThe family of Warangal ex-MP Sircilla Rajaiah have been granted bail on Thursday evening. Its known that Rajaiah’s daughter in law Sarika along with her three kids reduced ti ashes in a suspicious manner on November 4, 2015 at their home in Warangal. Police arrests Rajaiah family and court has sent them to custody. Rajaiah along with his wife Madhavi and son Anil are were arrested. Cases were booked against Rajaiah, his wife Madhavi, Son Anil Kumar under Sections 498(A) of dowry harassment and 306 (abetting to suicide).
The accused had approached the courts for bail several times but the prosecution objected the bail citing that they might influence the ongoing investigation. Now after exactly 90 days court granted them bail. Granting the bail, the Sixth Munsif Magistrate court set Rs. 25,000 as the bail amount and asked them to not to leave the country.
