Tyreece “T. J.” Luther is an American professional football wide receiver for the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League. Born May 13, 2000, in Arcadia, Florida, Luther played college football at both Wofford College and Gardner–Webb University before entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He has since spent time with multiple NFL franchises before joining the CFL in 2025, bringing his career full circle from small-town Florida to professional football across North America.
Early Life and Background
Luther grew up in Arcadia, Florida, a small community in DeSoto County. He attended Port Charlotte High School, where he lettered in both football and track and field.
