In his NFL debut during the season opener against the Green Bay Packers, Miller recorded two receptions for 14 yards in the narrow 24-23 defeat.

He recorded his first professional touchdown reception in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks and continued to make plays throughout the year. His most memorable moment came in Week 13 against the New York Giants when he caught a game-tying touchdown on a trick play that sent the game to overtime.
