The Bhagat Singh Memorial Foundation in Pakistan, in a program, has paid tributes to Bhagat Singh trio (Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev) on martyrdom day at Lahore’s Fawara Chowk on Thursday.
The activists celebrated the 86th death ceremony and held a candle light vigil to memorialize the sacrifices of the freedom fighters.
The civil society members of the organization have asked a public apology from Queen Elizabeth ll for the unfair killing of the freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, who was killed by British’s East India Company in 1931.
The activists also want the British Queen to pay apologies to India and Pakistan and to the families of the revolutionary fighters.
This ceremony event, which had faced threats from religious radicals, provided with police protection after an order of the Lahore High Court.
