Miss Philippines wins Miss Earth 2014 title, Miss Earth 2013, crowned Miss Philippines as the new Miss Earth. Miss Russia won Miss Earth Fire, Miss Venezuela won Miss Earth Water, Miss USA won Miss Earth Air.
Miss India Earth, Alankrita Sahai, bagged a bronze in the best National Costume , a silver for Miss Photogenic and a bronze medal in the swim suit round. In addition, Alankrita also won a gold medal in the evening gown competition. She won the Miss Casual Wear and Miss Pagudpude titles at the Miss Earth pageant. Alankrita also made it to the top 10 of Eco videos winners list.
She was seen contributing towards Eco Tourism by practicing the environmental advocacy of “let go greed, let’s go green”. The AV for the same was shot at Ramada Caravela Beach Resort Goa.
